Refund policy

Shirts: All shirts are made to order after your purchase is placed. Because of this, shirts are non-refundable and non-returnable unless items arrive damaged, defective, or there is an error with your order.  

Cups: Some are pre-made and are refundable but non-returnable. If there is an issue it must be addressed within 7 days of receiving the product. If you have a custom cup made these are non-refundable and non-returnable since they were made just for you. If they arrive damaged, I will need photo proof and a notice within 7 days of receiving the order. 

Please note that we are not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or failure to follow care instructions.
